Private Islands for Sale Worldwide
Compare island markets by destination, budget and island type — then send your criteria and we will route it to the owners, brokers and professionals active in that market.
There is no single global private island market. An island in the Bahamas and an island in Finland share a shape and nothing else: different title systems, different permitting, different construction costs and completely different running expenses. The useful starting point is therefore the jurisdiction, not the photograph.
We do not publish speculative inventory or invent prices. Instead we map the markets in detail — ownership frameworks, access, infrastructure and the questions worth asking — and pass qualified inquiries to the people who actually hold or represent islands. If you already know your budget, start with private islands under $1 million or luxury private islands.

- Dock feasibility, protected anchorage and year-round access in bad weather
- Water and power: catchment, well, desalination, solar array or generator
- Planning consents already granted, and whether they transfer on sale
- Realistic annual running, staffing and insurance costs
